Salom recognised in receiving MCPC award

Salom Japan Limited participated in the MCPC (Mobile Computing Promotion Consortium) 2025 kick off meeting in Tokyo on the evening of June 12th, 2025. To celebrate the continuing Salom contribution, Salom was honoured to share in receiving the MCPC award from the Japanese Goverment the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications for contribution to mobile network standarization service activity.

The MCPC was established in 1997. The consortium consists of approximately 160 member organizations, including mobile network operators, IT companies, hardware manufacturers, system integrators, and academic institutions.

Salom became a member of the MCPC on December 1st, 2017 and obtained the license to use the MCPC logo recognising Salom as a leading source of product quality, reliability and value in the marketplace.

MCPC 2025 Recognition

MCPC is one of the most authoritative industry alliances in Japan in the field of mobile and wireless communications. It has broad influence in areas such as mobile work solutions, enterprise security, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Its standards and guidelines are frequently adopted by the Japanese government and major corporations, so Salom is honoured with the award as a foundation for our continued Japan growth.
